It’s the strawberry season! Last weekend, I went to the market on Sunday morning and bought a kilo of strawberries, as they were so good! We ate some, I did a strawberry pie (recipe will follow soon), and of course some smoothies in the morning! And here is one of my creations, a delicious creamy fruit smoothie!
This is a smoothie rich in antioxidants, vitamines C and B, minerals as potassium, magnesium, calcium and zinc, amino acids and fibre.
- 2 apples
- 200 g strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp. white joghurt
- Empty the apples and throw them into the juicer. Pour the juice into the blender.
- Add banana, strawberries and joghurt into the blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve directly.
