Dlouho mi trvalo, ne\u017e jsem rustick\u00fdm ovocn\u00fdm galetk\u00e1m propadla. Ale v\u0161e m\u00e1 sv\u016fj \u010das a posledn\u00ed dva t\u0159i roky je d\u011bl\u00e1m ka\u017ed\u00e9 l\u00e9to celkem \u010dasto, v\u017edy s jin\u00fdm ovocem. A tady je m\u016fj prvn\u00ed obl\u00edbenec: Jahodovo-rebarborov\u00e1 mandlov\u00e1 galetka. Douf\u00e1m, \u017ee v\u00e1s nadchne tak jako n\u00e1s!<\/p>\n

T\u011bsto na galetku p\u0159iprav\u00edme tak, \u017ee v m\u00edse sm\u00edch\u00e1me oba druhy mouky se sol\u00ed a cukrem, p\u0159id\u00e1me na kostky nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 studen\u00e9 m\u00e1slo a v robotu nebo ru\u010dn\u011b propracujeme tak, aby se m\u00e1slo \u00fapln\u011b rozdrobilo. Pracujeme rychle, aby se neoh\u0159\u00e1lo. Nakonec p\u0159id\u00e1me ledovou vodu a vypracujeme t\u011bsto, kter\u00e9 zformujeme do koule, zabal\u00edme do potravinov\u00e9 f\u00f3lie a d\u00e1me na hodinu nebo p\u0159es noc do lednice.<\/p>\n

T\u011bsto vynd\u00e1me z lednice a troubu p\u0159edeh\u0159ejeme na 180\u00b0C. <\/p>\n

Mezit\u00edm si p\u0159iprav\u00edme n\u00e1pl\u0148. Nakr\u00e1jen\u00e9 jahody, rebarboru a nastrouhanou citronovou k\u016fru d\u00e1me do m\u00edsy. V men\u0161\u00ed misce prom\u00edch\u00e1me 3 l\u017e\u00edce t\u0159tinov\u00e9ho cukru a l\u017e\u00edci kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9ho \u0161krobu s citronovou \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou a vanilkov\u00fdm extraktem a touto \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou p\u0159elijeme ovoce.  V\u0161e dob\u0159e prom\u00edch\u00e1me.<\/p>\n

T\u011bsto rozv\u00e1l\u00edme na pe\u010d\u00edc\u00edm pap\u00ed\u0159e asi do pr\u016fm\u011bru  30-35 cm. St\u0159ed posypeme mandlovou moukou, nech\u00e1me pouze voln\u00e9 okraje zhruba 3 cm. Pot\u00e9 na mandlovou mouku naneseme ovoce se \u0161\u0165\u00e1vou (pokud je j\u00ed moc, trochu odlijeme). Okraje postupn\u011b zahneme dokola ke st\u0159edu, pot\u0159eme roz\u0161lehan\u00fdm vejcem s vodou, posypeme mandlov\u00fdmi pl\u00e1tky a krystalov\u00fdm cukrem.<\/p>\n

Pe\u010deme v p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 troub\u011b asi 45 minut dozlatova. Pot\u00e9 nech\u00e1me asi 10 minut vychladnout na m\u0159\u00ed\u017ece a m\u016f\u017eeme pod\u00e1vat je\u0161t\u011b tepl\u00e9 s kope\u010dkem vanilkov\u00e9 zmrzliny.<\/p>\n
