Je\u0161t\u011b si vzpom\u00edn\u00e1m, jak jsem p\u0159ed 6&nbsp;lety p\u0159ijela do Belgie a nev\u011bd\u011bla, co je to quiche. A kdy\u017e jsem pak vid\u011bla mou spolubydl\u00edc\u00ed Italku, jak se s t\u00edm patl\u00e1 n\u011bco p\u0159es hodinu, tak jsem si \u0159\u00edkala, \u017ee je to bl\u00e1zen a \u017ee se rad\u011bji do ni\u010deho takov\u00e9ho pou\u0161t\u011bt nebudu&#8230; Jen\u017ee m\u00e1m r\u00e1da v\u00fdzvy. A nakonec mi to nedalo a r\u016fzn\u00e9 zeleninov\u00e9 a s\u00fdrov\u00e9 quiche mi zachutnaly a j\u00e1 se tedy pokusila je up\u00e9ct doma. Ve velk\u00e9 m\u00edse sm\u00edch\u00e1me mouku se sol\u00ed, p\u0159id\u00e1me m\u00e1slo a 2-3 minuty propracujeme prsty. D\u00e1le si p\u0159iprav\u00edme n\u00e1pl\u0148: ve velk\u00e9 m\u00edse sm\u00edch\u00e1me smetanu s vejci, p\u0159id\u00e1me strouhan\u00e9 s\u00fdry a ml\u00e9ko, \u010d\u00e1st nasekan\u00e9 bazalky, osol\u00edme a opep\u0159\u00edme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na p\u0159edpe\u010den\u00e9 t\u011bsto ve form\u011b na quiche rovnom\u011brn\u011b nalijeme n\u00e1pl\u0148 a poklademe raj\u010d\u00e1tky.
