Just imagine a surface of 8,000 m2 devoted to chocolate and cacao - sounds like a dream, right? And so it was the 5th Edition of the Brussels Chocolate Fair took place from 2nd-4th March 2018 and welcomed over 130 chocolatiers, pastry chefs, cocoa experts, and designers. Let's have a little taste of the event here!
