Penne with soy meat, broccoli and gorgonzola

by Michaela

This is originally a chicken recipe, where the taste of garlic and gorgonzola go very well together. Why to miss something good only because you do not like or do not want to eat meat? Just replace the chicken by soy meat and you’ll get a tasty veggie meal! Trust me!

  3. 100 g dried soy meat
  4. Vegeta or any other all purpose herb seasoning

  7. 150 ml white dry wine
  8. 100 g grated gorgonzola
  9. Salt and pepper

  1. Cook the soy meat with the herb seasoning in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Drain away.
  2. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and cook it in steam for about 10 minutes. Set aside.
  3. In a deep pan, heat the butter and sauté the soy meat with minced garlic, until beginning to brown.
  4. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack.
  5. Add the cream and wine into the pan with soy meat. Stir and cook for 5 minutes on a lower heat until the sauce becomes thicker. Stir in the broccoli and grated gorgonzola, rise the heat and let them warm up. Eventually add the pasta, stir in and you can serve.
